In addition to being a writer, I am also a Harvard Law School grad and former litigator. I have mediated and trained fellow negotiators and mediators at the Harvard Mediation Program and the Harvard Program on Negotiation in Cambridge, and at the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago. I co-own Vasher McRoberts LLC, a negotiation training and consulting firm, with my business partner, Colin McRoberts.

Vasher McRoberts works across many industries with clients ranging from individuals and non-profit organizations to government entities and corporate giants. Our goal is to provide high-quality negotiation, persuasion, influence and communication training to our clients via dynamic, customized, in-person and e-learning training programs.

My clients have included Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, energy, hospitality, medical, pharmaceutical, construction, and hobby industries, amongst others. I have a certificate in instructional design and have developed training programs in negotiation and mediation, as well as strategic thinking and problem-solving, communication, team-building, and aboriginal consultation. ​
